Lidl GB is preparing a planning application to deliver a new mixed residential and retail development on land off Tithepit Shaw Lane and Limpsfield Road in Hamsey Green, Warlingham.
Six new 3-bed townhouses and seven 2 & 3 bed apartments (including affordable housing) are proposed on the ground and upper floors, above a new Lidl store and associated car parking at ground floor level.
The plans represent a multi-million pound investment and will regenerate this currently disused site.
A new Lidl store at this site would increase local shopping choice, create up to 40 new jobs, and offer high quality products at best value.
